Before Dark

Jacob wakes in his bed after a nightmare. It's dark, the rain won't stop, and his door is locked.

Teddy, his bear, knows the way out, but first he wants his missing eye back.

This free demo is the whole of Jacob's room: look at everything, use everything, and find what Teddy needs. The demo ends when Jacob steps out of his room. The full game, and the rest of the house, is coming soon.

How to play

• Click (or tap) the floor to walk.
• Click a thing to open its icons: look, use, and talk.
• Open the backpack (top right), pick an item, then click a thing to use the item on it.

Plays with a mouse, or by touch on a phone or tablet held sideways. The game saves as you go: Continue on the title screen picks up where you left off.
